All fixes included, no need to flash anything but this.
Full wipe always recommended, but if coming
from v1.1.1/v1.1.2 you are good to dirty flash,
but make sure you choose "full wipe" in Aroma for the install,
and make sure to wipe dalvik and cache.

Please give this a try and see how it runs compared to v1.1,
as this will be the base from here forward for ME7.
No need to flash the v1.1 "fixes" this comes with them pre-installed.
